Remember, the caffeine in green tea is different than the caffeine in coffee, there is no “crash” because the caffeine is released slowly over a couple of hours.

YOGURT

The low fat regular flavor kind with probiotics, researchers have found probiotics reduce the amount of fat your body intakes.

COFFEE

Caffeine speeds up your metabolism and jump starts lipolysis, the breakdown of fat. Don’t drink more than 2 cups a day and relax on the creme and sugar.

CINNAMON

Her amazing style is seen on and off the runway. She  is said to be back in the modeling word in 2010. I can’t wait!

To start, the most important rule when deciding what to wear is simple. Less is always, always, always more. Look closely at most expensive clothing- clean lines, simple patterns. Most low-end stores add complicated pattern and textures in order to look more expensive when in fact the result is the opposite. I am not saying that all nice clothing must be expensive. I am warning you to not be deceived by complicated patterns and wild colours that many low-end stores offer. I suggest stores like The Gap, Club Monaco Joe Fresh and American Apparel for basic items. Recommended items are as followed:

• Black and White V-Neck T-shirts
• Dark Washed Jeans
• Thin Brown Leather Belt
• Black/Grey Cardigan (Long or Short)
• Loose White Button-up Shirt
• Black Pencil Skirt
• White Tank-Tops

Next stop, shoes. Oh shoes! I will admit that shoes can be pricey but they are well worth it in the end. There are so many different types of shoes that one may feel overwhelmed when walking into a store. Don’t worry, I am here to help you. Shoes can be broken down into three main categories- Flats, Heels, Boots.

In my opinion, every girl needs a pair of black as well as silver flats. Black flats can be paired with almost anything- the same goes for silver (unless of course you are wearing gold jewellery!)

As for heels, I only really own two good pairs of heels. A turquoise strappy pair and a black strappy pair. Ideally, a girl should have one pair of coloured heels to wear when you want to focus on yours shoes. And a pair of black heels, when you want the focus on your outfit.

Boots. I think that a pair of black leather boots will match with almost anything. They are indeed are necessary item in a girl’s closet. The infamous Uggs are also, I think, a staple in many girl’s closets. I will admit that at first I did not like Uggs but now they have grown on me. When worn correctly I think that they can look adorable. (Note- I have not mentioned any summer shoes, seeing as it will be winter very soon.)
